A note from me
Good food deserves a place in your everyday life.
Together with my wife, pastry chef Tanya Novak, and our team, I’ve helped build Art Bakery around a simple idea: the care behind the food should be something you can taste.
Tanya leads our pastry work; I help bring the business and everyday guest experience together. Whether you have time for breakfast or just a coffee on the way, we want your visit to feel like a small, worthwhile part of your day.

Butter, folded into layers
We make our croissants with pure butter. Dough and butter are folded into fine layers, then shaped, proved and baked for that delicate, crisp bite.
Flavour before sweetness
Natural fruit, Valrhona chocolate and carefully balanced sweetness guide our pastry. We make our desserts without premixes or fondant, so the ingredients remain the centre of attention.
